The item itself was fine, so at least there’s that, but the packaging made the whole thing feel disappointing. For a designer purchase, I expected it to feel a little special, not like I got the careless version of the order. The box was slightly crushed and the tissue paper looked like someone just tossed it in without much thought. Thankfully nothing was damaged, but it still made me feel like my order wasn’t really handled with care. I expected better from designerrevival.com.

I was actually surprised by how many designer brands Designer Revival had. I went on there looking for a Tory Burch bag and somehow ended up browsing Chanel, Gucci, Prada, and a bunch of others too.

The site was easy to get around, nothing felt confusing, and the selection felt better than a few other resale shops I’ve tried.

Prices definitely depend on what you’re looking at, like with any designer resale site, but just for the brand selection alone... I’d give it 5 stars

I sold my item and then basically just sat around waiting. The payout took a lot longer than I thought it would, and I kept having to check back to see if anything had changed.

I get that stuff like this can take a bit, sure, but not knowing when to expect the money was frustrating. Kinda felt like once the item was sold, I was just left hanging.

i probably wouldn’t sell here again unless they speed up the payout process or at least give clearer updates.

I ended up returning a bag because the size just didn’t work for me. The return process itself was straightforward, so no complaints there. The refund did take a few days, which normally probably wouldn’t have bothered me, but the timing was kind of bad and I was checking for updates more than usual. Would’ve been nice if the updates came a little quicker, but overall it wasn’t a big deal.

I bought this bag because the listing made it sound like it was in really good shape, but when it showed up, it had way more scuffs and wear inside than I expected from the photos. It’s not unusable or anything, but the description felt kind of vague and made it seem nicer than it actually was. I don’t love when sellers use phrases like “very good condition” without actually showing or explaining the flaws clearly. For what I paid, I expected a more honest breakdown. Shipping was fine, but the listing itself was definitely disappointing.

I checked the bag a couple of times because I’m always a little cautious with stuff like this, but it’s definitely authentic. I was half expecting to find some tiny issue, not that it would’ve been a huge deal, but everything looks good. Really happy with the purchase

Just a quick warning for anyone ordering: my package showed up way sooner than I expected. I got it in two days, which was a nice surprise. So if you’re not ready for it to arrive that fast, maybe keep an eye on tracking.

Sent in my bag. That was pretty much it. They took care of everything and moved fast. easier than I thought it would be.

I’m not sure if it was just me or the way the pictures loaded, but the photos looked blurry and I couldn’t really make out the details. It made it harder to feel confident about buying.

I bought a pre-owned bag from Designer Revival the condition was close to what they described. There were a couple of tiny marks that stood out a little more in person, but nothing that felt like a big deal or anything... still seemed fair to me. Shipping was fine too. Overall I’m happy with the bag, I just kind of wish there had been one or two extra close-up photos, especially of the little wear spots.
